➊ ᴄᴀꜱᴇ ꜱᴛᴜᴅʏ: Collaboration with SMEs for Internal Certification Training Program
➋ ᴅᴇᴛᴀɪʟꜱ: As part of an internal certification project I was developing for the Entrata Affordable product, I trained multiple SMEs in video recording best practices to prepare them for on-camera roles in our instructional content.
➌ ᴍʏ ɪᴍᴘᴀᴄᴛ: Managing a mix of experienced and first-time presenters, I developed a structured training plan to ensure that the talent felt confident and prepared before stepping in front of the camera. This session covered everything from teleprompter use to delivery techniques, allowing us to film efficiently and produce polished, engaging videos. By setting clear expectations and fostering a comfortable environment, I helped SMEs deliver their best performances—ultimately enhancing the quality and impact of our certification training.
